Coach & Manager
Other teams wonder why Rikkai tennis team don't have a strong presence of coach or manager. No - is there really one?
Someday one of them asked, and the regulars just smile and quietly say, "We have high standards. We'll accept those who can surpass our strategist, or at least an equal."
Now they understand enough why.
Looking Back
Kirihara Akaya always been told for his only looking forward, but little they know that he's frequently looking at his back, too; to make sure there is someone and that someone is watching him. When that someone does, he will continue to look forward; with satisfied smile.
Soft
It's not like that Sanada Genichirou can't win against him when they argue; he will never admit that he's wrong and that's the truth. But his gentle and kind voice always beat him, so in the end, he'll agree for whatever he says.
Tears
Everyone thought he's a cold person because he never actually show his emotion, but Yukimura knows better. When he's hospitalized, he's the one who hold back tears and stay calm to make sure that everything is going to be all right, and he cried the loudest (not literally, but, you know) when his operation success.
Rival
When everyone measure themselves with Sanada or Yukimura, Niou isn't. His goal never their evil buchou or fukubuchou; he goes to their evil sanbou instead; because their specialty are the same; strategies and mind-crushing. He still doesn't have a chance to win yet, though.
Pushover
Sometimes Jackal wonders how he manages his time and never look tired; because he has work more than everyone else do in the team - like student council or treasurer job or taking data or babysit Akaya - and he never complaints. Jackal isn't sure if he's a pushover or just enjoying himself.
Alike
They are alike, almost the same; except in different way. They enjoy reading, writing poems, anything aesthetic, and knowledge. It's just, Yagyuu likes everything foreign while he likes everything traditional. That's not a problem, though; they are still close.
Big Brother
He looked like a big brother in the team with his calm and collective nature, but Marui never thought that way. For the volley specialist, he's just like a little child who wants to know everything in the world and pretend to be an adult. He knows almost everything, yes, but he's still a child.
Reflection
Once he looked at his reflection in mirror and think, why am I like this. Hardened face, sharp look, unwavering expression; everything about him just too serious. It reflects his personality, too. He wished he can be more expressive like Akaya or Marui, have a kindness like Jackal or Yagyuu, be more light-hearted like Seiichi or Niou, or maybe a tough heart like Genichirou; but then again he's not them. He's satisfied enough with his poker face, or straight-forwardness, or cyborg-like mind, or secretive personality; at least he has one thing that's most important. So he smiles.

Comfortable
One day in U-17 camp, they caught to be sleep together in the same bed, hugging each other. When asked, Kirihara said, "Because I feel calm around him and he smells nice" . Hearing Kirihara answer, he smiles and says, answering the question, "Because his hair feel nice and comfortable."
